When does iAST start?
iAST opens with our exhibit hall grand opening at 11am ET, Tuesday, July 21st. The opening session starts at noon. (You can find the full conference schedule here.)
How do I log into iAST?
Make sure you know which email address you used to register for iAST. Then navigate to www.engagez.net/iast. Enter your registration email and submit. There’s no password required. PLEASE NOTE: The platform does not support Internet Explorer as a browser. For best results, use Chrome or Firefox.
How can I sign up for conference texts?
Text "IAST" to 77513.
How do I find and fill out my profile?
Navigate to the conference digital site, which you can do right here: www.engagez.net/iast (Keep in mind, if the conference space is not open yet, you'll only be able to access your profile.) Sign in using the email address you used to register. (If your email address doesn't work or if you need to use a different email address, please contact events@insidearm.com for help.) Once you log in with your email address, click on the icon at the upper-right side of your screen. Then select "profile/account." Fill in your info, add a brief bio, and be sure to upload your head shot and choose your interest tags. Make sure you scroll to the bottom and click "submit" to save your changes before you go!
How do I find and communicate with other attendees?
To find logged-in attendees, click on "Who's Online" in the top navigation bar and use the "search by keyword" field at the right. Click into attendee profiles to book a meeting, download a vCard, send a message, start a chat or kick-off a video call. To search all attendees, enter the Lounge (sponsored by Solutions by Text) and click the search icon in the "Attendee" tile on the left. (There is also a link to the lounge in the top navigation bar.)
How do I find and join sessions?
Click "Sessions" on the top navigation bar. Click on any upcoming session to find a link to join that session once it starts (sessions are available to join 2 minutes prior to the scheduled time). Click to join. You'll also find a link to add that session to your calendar, if you’d like to do that in advance. Once sessions have completed, they will be available on-demand. Finished sessions will drop to the bottom of the conference schedule once they have completed. Look for those session links at the bottom of the schedule. Note: The Q&A portion of sessions will not be available on-demand immediately, but the sessions themselves will be.
How do I find the new tech demos and how can I vote for them?
Demos at iAST are designed to give you the information you need without wasting your time (i.e., they're all 8 minutes or less and include nothing but product). You can view them as part of the conference schedule or you can find individual demos in the exhibit hall inside the booths of all demoing companies. Make sure to vote for best industry tech! You’ll find the “vote” tab to the right of each scheduled demo presentation. You can find all the demos at the "Demos" tab in the top navigation bar.
What happens if I missed a session? Can I still view it on-demand?
Yes! Once sessions have completed, they will be available on-demand. Finished sessions will drop to the bottom of the conference schedule once they have completed. Look for those session links at the bottom of the schedule. Note: The Q&A portion of sessions will not be available on-demand immediately, but the sessions themselves will be.
Will conference sessions be available on-demand after the conference ends?
Yes! All conference attendees will have access to sessions and to the exhibit hall through the end of 2020.
Video calls through the platform aren't working - how can I fix it?
First, make sure that you do not have Zoom or any other video app open. That will prevent conference video calling from working. You can still use the chat and message function while on video calls/meetings. If you are still having problems with video calling, please email us at events@insidearm.com.
Can I see who's really engaged with the conference?
You can! There's a leaderboard in the Lounge, which you can reach by clicking the "Lounge" link in the top navigation bar. See who's really engaged, find out what attendees think about critical industry challenges, find out about after-hours sessions, and find your friends through the attendee search.
What if I missed the chance to vote for a demo or fill out a session survey?
No problem! You can find links to all voting and survey forms right here. In order for your demo vote to be counted, you must vote by 2PM EDT on July 23rd.
Why am I not getting conference emails?
The surest way to make sure iA Strategy & Tech emails reach your inbox would be to have your email administrator whitelist the IP addresses our newsletters are sent from. You can pass along this page to your email administrator politely requesting that the domain "insidearm60509.acemlnc.com" and IPs [ 3.214.112.215, 54.88.169.241, 54.165.225.92, 52.205.65.55, 54.89.161.141 ] be whitelisted in your email system.
